I missed my appointment and I was able to arrange an appointment for the next day without any issue, my mistake was accepted as simple mistake that can happen and it was much appreciated as it was a simple case of forgetfulness

[name removed] was great. He explained everything in detail to me. He recorded my hearing issues history and gave me a thorough assessment. He talked me through the new aids and took the time to make sure they were set up to meet my individual needs. I’m using the app regularly now and my ability to hear has escalated immensely. I can’t fault the service I received the day I came for my appointment. The staff on the reception were welcoming and helpful. Thank you.
My first audiology appointment was just before Christmas arranged through the GP following discussion with the ENT department. The first audio gram was conducted quickly, efficiently and with good explanation. The follow up appointment I had been told of by my GP was for the 5th January. Unfortunately she had made a mistake with the date and I arrived one day early. Despite this the audiologist fitted me into the clinic and gave me a full test and detailed explanation as to what the results showed. He gave me all the time I needed to understand what had happened and why I had the hearing loss. I cannot thank you enough for such a good service.
I was attended by your Audiologist who was very attentive to my questions and discussed possible treatments in the interim
